We have a long and deep commitment to our senior Christians and they are deeply committed to this congregation.  We have numerous fellowship activities.  In the past, these have included Valentine parties, Christmas parties, secret pal parties with our youth group, and trips to places such as Kirshner’s Wildlife Foundation and the Vina Monastery.  There’s no telling where they will be off to next!  Every Sunday our entire congregation isn’t sharing a meal together, the senior group chooses a restaurant to dine together.

In addition to ministries to our own seniors, we have an evening devotional service at the Oakmont Retirement Residence (a wonderful independent living senior resident complex) on each 4^th Sunday night.  Tim, our preaching minister, also teaches a Bible class there each Thursday afternoon.

Our seniors are a loving and vital part of our congregation and are dedicated servants of Jesus.
